A car parts supplier, Company A, faced the problem of taking too much time to check the status of machines (operating/stopped/materials running out, etc.). We proposed our wireless signal tower Andon. By transmitting machine information via the wireless control unit "PWS" and displaying it on the Andon, we solved the problem. Additionally, there was an issue where it was difficult to get the attention of leaders or others when needed, causing work to stop and productivity to decline.
